STANDARD PACKING PRESSES.
The EXPORT series presses, which belong to the standard production
range, were designed to meet the compacting requirements of all
particularly bulky materials such as paper, cardboard, nylon,
gunny sacks, heat-shrinking wrappings, polystyrene, plastics,
rags, etc. The frame can open completely (both on the front and
at the back) so that the operator can more easily load and tie
the packaging.
CUSTOMIZED PACKING PRESSES.
Our customized presses include the CEM
Series, CEO Series, 2060
Series and the 40120 Series presses. These models are characterized
by limited volumes, they are compact and resistant. They also
enable to considerably reduce the most resistant and bulky materials
and factory rejects, such as plastic bodies, semifinished products,
plastic foam.
These presses are fitted with mechanic and/or oleodynamic expulsion
systems which enable to eject the packaging thus facilitating
the operator’s task as any physical effort is eliminated.
The customized versions are also available with a front and/or
rear load hopper which facilitate the press feeding, thus drastically
reducing the machine working time.
The available models range from 20 to 120 tons in terms of power,
with customized compacting chamber sizes (depending on the specific
requirements of each firm).
